BARAH PAYU DARA - cegah sebelum terlambat

    asalamualaikum kapada pembaca2 blog yg setia sekalian....
   semalam saya terbaca satu info di akhbar transisi terbitan (uum)
   yang sangt berguna buat semua    
   wanita di luar sana... iaitu berkaitan macmana nk memeriksa     
    sendiri payudara kita.... pemeriksaan 
   sendiri mampu mengelakkan sel barah dari merebak..xkan nk   
   simpan sorng2 kot... so saya pon
  mengambil inisiatif dengan meletakkan ia dalm blog saya..... jom     tengok... 


Ini kaedah pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (PSP)



          TANDA-TANDA BARAH PAYU DARA
  1. Ketulan dalam payu dara. ia tidak sakit. kebiasaan disedari secara tidak sengaja semasa mandi atau (PSP).
  2. Ketulan kelenjar yang membesar di ketiak.
  3. Cairan seperti nanah atau darah keluar daripada puting.
  4.  Perubahan warna kulit payudara seperti kulit limau oren yang berlubang kecil. Ini menunjukkan barah sudah merebak dan kemungkinan besar saluran limpa tersumbat.

  CEGAH SEBELUM TERLAMBAT!!!!!

    trima kasih c0z share,..skarang baru dato tahu knapa mak kawan dato xsdar bila barah ini dtg,..utk pngetahuan,mak kwan dato dah mninggal 5 taun lpas ,slepas mngidap pnyakit tu,.tp dy xsedar,.apabila dah tersedar,.doktor ckp dah terlmbat coz mak nya dah smpai tahap yg ke-empat iaitu tahap laz skali,...huhuhu,..agak mnyedihkan,saja nk share jew,...

    bnyak kes jadi macm tu.. memg barah ni sukar dikesan keran ia merebak tanpa rasa sakit... so sebgai kaum hawa kita mestilah berwaspada.. dengan melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sebulan sekali
